Candle Making Policy :Once your order is placed if via website then the same product as shown on the website will be delivered to you. Requests such as to show the product /share product images or video just before dispatch will not be entertained as all information is already provided under product details.

Terms and Conditions For all Purchases

The orders are for you to buy products from us. We will accept your offer by issuing a confirmation email or by confirming through mobile about the products that you have ordered. These acceptances are subject to your assent to the conditions of sale. No other conditions will be applicable in this context.

Providing Policy: The packaging materials/candle containers/raw candle making materials required to pack/ make candles be it the external box packaging /packaging required to protect candles during shipment/candle jars or containers are entirely utilized for fulfillment of client’s order for single or bulk orders be it website or via Instagram. We are not liable to provide you with just the empty packaging materials/empty candle containers/just raw candle making materials. Kindly note such requests will not be entertained whatsoever.

Branding : All our Manufactured Products including Candles / Wax Sachets / Wax Melts whether ordered individually via our website/ Instagram DM or for Return Gifts for Bulk Orders will be provided with our Branding Sticker / mention in Customized / Normal Tags. In this case if you request our brand removal then extra charges will be applicable.

LIMITED LICENCE

Mad Over Candles grants you limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access, and make personal and non-commercial use of the Site. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms of Use, are reserved and retained by the Site.
