After packaging if the weight increases and shipping charges increases then you will be informed via mail about your shipping charges along with the tracking ID once your parcel is dispatched from our end and is handed over to the third party delivery team.
- We at Mad Over Candles are professionals who manufacture Candle/Wax Sachets and Wax Melts and dispatch all products in excellent condition as per our clients requirements/customizations with secure packaging . As any shipping service is a third party utilized to deliver packages, we at Mad Over Candles won’t be responsible for any claim for delay in package delivery/lost packages/ damaged goods and missing items happened during shipment via the shipping services.As we deal with Candle/Wax Sachets and Wax Melts manufacturing only and we use third-party shipping, we are not liable for any damage caused by the shipping service, as we send the candles/Wax Sachets and Wax Melts without any fault in them with secure packaging.
However In case of lost packages and delayed packages from your order we will raise ticket from our end and will be forwarding your complaint to the third party shipping partners utilized to deliver your parcel. We are not liable in any form to disclose the details of tickets created due to our business confidentiality. However, whatever decision will be made as per their policy we will be providing the information accordingly.
In case of missing items or damaged items in your order kindly provide us the unboxing video from start till end without tampering the video or break in between especially counting all the items from start till end so as to forward the video to the third party shipping services utilized to deliver your package. No claims will be entertained without unboxing video. we will forward your complaint along with the video to the third party shipping services utilized to deliver your package. 8. As soon as you place your order we will start processing your order. Kindly wait patiently for us to make your products, pack them and dispatch them. Orders once dispatched all the details will be emailed to you related to your order.
9. We at Mad Over Candles have our own specific Delivery services aligned with us. Requests for any other third party service or third party in person to pick up the parcel from our location will not be entertained whatsoever.
Candle Making Policy :Once your order is placed if via website then the same product as shown on the website will be delivered to you. Requests such as to show the product /share product images or video just before dispatch will not be entertained as all information is already provided under product details.
Delivery Policy
- In case you have provided us with the incorrect address or non-reachable contact number or both and the parcel does not reach you we will not be liable to provide you with any refund or replacement, however you can still have your parcel delivered again by providing us the correct address along with the shipping fee if you wish to have the parcel delivered to the correct address again.
- Kindly provide an alternate contact number with your address just in case your phone goes unreachable or busy or you are not able to attend the delivery person’s call so as to avoid further hassle.
- If the delivery has been attempted and you are not present to receive the parcel, we will not be liable to provide you with any refund or replacement, in this scenario you can have your parcel delivered again by making the payment for the shipping fee.
Pick Up Policy :We at Mad Over Candles is an online store only so requests for pick up from our location will not be accepted whatsoever. If you are residing nearby our location then we can book porter or likewise services for you after you provide confirmation for the same and delivery charges will be decided as per porter or likewise services.
Website Shipping Policy : Free Shipping is applicable on all products under any category on all website orders and will be delivered all over India including Normal shipping services. if in case you need the products to be delivered on urgent basis then within 1 hour of placing the order kindly DM on Instagram with your Order ID/ mail us at maadovercandles@gmail.com and we will provide express shipping. Express Shipping charges will be paid by you at the time of delivery of your parcel.  If you are residing nearby our location then we can book porter or likewise services for you after you provide confirmation within 1 hours after placing your order for the same and delivery charges will be decided as per porter or likewise services.
