Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy for Mad Over Candles:

After placing the order with your confirmation no changes, cancellation or modification in order will be done on the count of products to reduce the order quantity after confirmation, but candles/products can be added if needed, extra making charges will be applicable for the same. Carefully review the order (candle/product size, fragrance and color) before confirming and making the payment. After placing the order we wont be liable for any claim if you find any change.
- Orders once placed via website/ Instagram DM/ Mail / WhatsApp or any other medium will not be cancelled, amount given for placing the order will not be refunded under any circumstances whatsoever, nor quantity can be reduced under any circumstances, we shall not be liable to provide you with any refund. We can only dispatch the products ordered.

- We at Mad Over Candles are professionals who manufacture Candle/Wax Sachets and Wax Melts and dispatch all products in excellent condition as per our clients requirements/customizations with secure packaging . As any shipping service is a third party utilized to deliver packages, we at Mad Over Candles won’t be responsible for any claim for delay in package delivery/lost packages/ damaged goods and missing items happened during shipment via the shipping services.
As we deal with Candle/Wax Sachets and Wax Melts manufacturing only and we use third-party shipping, we are not liable for any damage caused by the shipping service, as we send the candles/Wax Sachets and Wax Melts without any fault in them with secure packaging.
However In case of lost packages and delayed packages from your order we will raise ticket from our end and will be forwarding your complaint to the third party shipping partners utilized to deliver your parcel. We are not liable in any form to disclose the details of tickets created due to our business confidentiality. However, whatever decision will be made as per their policy we will be providing the information accordingly.
In case of missing items or damaged items in your order kindly provide us the unboxing video from start till end without tampering the video or break in between especially counting all the items from start till end so as to forward the video to the third party shipping services utilized to deliver your package. - Since the candles are hand-poured in batches, there might be minor imperfections and every candle will be marginally different in terms of consistency, and color shades.
- The delivery date requested by the client at the time of placing the order will be final and will not be changed in the future under any circumstances.
- In case any raw material in candle making for any order goes out of stock, we will replace it with the material available to us at that point so as to ensure a smooth process. In case you need the exact same raw material and cannot compromise with your order then in this case we will go an extra mile for you to make sure you get the desired product ordered but extra charges whatever applicable needs to be paid and then only we can go ahead and start processing your order more so ever an order once placed cannot be cancelled or refunded.
