The turnaround time for order processing is 5 to 7 working days before dispatching.

If you wish to return or exchange a product, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery and provide a video proof of the unboxing process.

*Do take video while unboxing parcel for any claims with picture. After 24 Hours no claims will be approved.
